Texas Testicle Festival has two Missions:
The First is to glorify God by reaching out to our community, teaching and expanding the Lord's word, and by that, changing one life at a time.

The Second is to support “America’s Greatest Foster Father,” Cal Farley, founder of Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch and Girlstown USA and our local youth of the Cherokee County Junior Livestock Show.
